During these turbulent times, people seek acknowledgement of their identity and representation in all forms of media, government and public life. There is such disenfranchisement and disunity within large pockets of society itself, and the most important message at stake is "whether or not we will move on together, or whether we will leave people behind." Through this painting I seek empowerment for all - a global mosaic in which everyone feels validated, supported and represented.
